We are a textile company with a family tradition since 1980 located in Sant Miquel de Balenyà (Barcelona), manufacturer of 100% COTTON and ORGANIC COTTON fabrics and terry fabrics items

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Our company controls the entire process, which allows us to guarantee the quality of our products.

DESIGN

The first step is the development and design of the product. We are attentive to the latest trends, which allows us to move forward with new techniques and materials for new products.

WARPING

Warping is the first phase for manufacturing terry fabrics. From the raw or colored yarn cones, assembled in the creel, the yarns are gathered in the warp beam (from different sections) that will later be assembled on the looms.

WEAVING

In the weaving section, the looms have double beams, one forms the terry loop and the other the base of the fabric. All our looms are equipped with electronic Jacquard machines with “yarn-by-yarn” control, which allow us flexibility about fabric design.

DYEING / FINISHING

In this external process we define the colour, the finishing and the softness of the fabric, with the guarantee of the certifications:

PACKING / SHIPPING / STORAGE

In this section, the products are prepared for their subsequent shipment or stored to guarantee an immediate service.
